Literature Review The researchers will demonstrate in this part of the study the wellbeing of the employees. The concept of work having a negative effect on the physical health of the employee isn't harmful, but its emotional and mental effects may lead to the worsening of the employee's attitude and behavior. This section would cover what is an employee's sanity and work performance. It further emphasizes the conceptual framework which discusses how the work environment can affect an employee's job performance. Additionally, the research would be examining two variables a supervisor's social support and their leadership skills.
