Research Design
This study used the case study qualitative research design to gather descriptive information about the connection between work environment and employee satisfaction and how it affects their performance. A case study is a method used in qualitative research. It is a study focusing on shedding light and encouraging exploration of a given topic or phenomenon
(Gerring, 2004).
Context and Participants
In this part of the study, there are three participants. The participants are going to be interviewed individually. The criteria areas follows (A) The participants worked for more than five years in the company. The participants who worked at BDO are at the age of 38 and As for the customer, the participant standards reach the following (A) Have been using
BDO for more than three years. (B) The customer’s age is 39 years old.
