The Table below shows sources of information on ALAC. As it seen, the majority of complainants learnt about ALAC from the ANS TV running line. Change of term “corruption” to “bribery” on TV advertisement seriously influenced the figures below. Still, metro posters also work enough good in spite of use of term “Corruption” (46 complaints received). This quarter distribution of flyers as an attachment to the newspapers was much effective, i.e. 13, 200 newspapers were attached to weekend circulation of Echo and 525-ci newspaper and produced 40 complaints. It is planned to continue to resort to much effective advertisement tools. Numbers are available for Quarter IV Baku only.
