Viewtrip
The Viewtrip tab allows the user to decide if they want to display a link to www.viewtrip.com (Galileo) and www.mytripandmore com (Worldspan). They can choose where they wish the link to be displayed (None,
Before/After Header/Footer), also a Viewtrip White Label can be added as well. The user can also elect to extract white label information from the current pseudos MAR, the PNRs MAR, BAR or PAR as well as specifying the identifier in the related MAR/BAR/PAR’s notepad section

Email
Users can choose to use MS Outlook as the default, or they can press the “SMTP” button and enter details for email systems such as Gmail in the form that appears (see SMTP Form below. On behalf of type accounts can be entered into the From edit control, these appear in any mail that a recipient of an itinerary via email will reply to. It is also possible to add a cc address and a “bcc” address. Some users make use of other email systems, i.e. Lotus, and the ability to send html in the body of an email has now been included to allow those systems to be used, EI will still continue to only support Outlook. Email addresses are contained within two areas of a PNR the phone section and the email section, the check boxes provided allow the user to decide from where the email addresses (used in the Select Email Addresses form (see previous section. Users can elect to split the PNR into individual emails, one per passenger in the PNR. If this option is selected then the user can also opt to attach a calendar file. There is also the ability to add a warning to the email, and, also to embed a similar warning within the calendar file, notifying the recipient that the times for any segment are in the local timezone relevant to departure point of that segment. To remove any possible confusion, a timezone adjustment warning can be included in calendars and/or emails. Users can decide to automatically send emails. When the email button is pressed any email addresses found in the previously specified areas of a PNR will be used as recipients of the itinerary. The subject line of an email can beset to be blank, or can beset as Schedule Change Advice – Locator or if both left un-ticked then the default behaviour is retained. Default Subject for email can beset to “E-Ticket for when EI used mainly for sending out electronic ticket confirmations. The line will be displayed as, E-ticket for (PASSENGER/NAMEMR 11/11/2014).
