| Customisation by Account code The main concept is that a travel agency has a default template (ie: HTML) with or without a customized layout and they are sending out confirmation to all customers with that. If they have a corporation which needs a different layout/customization than EI can send out the specific one. EI checks the DI. field and if finds an AC ACCT line than it switches to the specified layout. This can be used with ETI template but will not be shown in the available templates dropdown menu. To achieve this, anew template has to be created using the Setting and Customisations menu. User has to tick Use Corporate Config” and enter the field identifier / and the constant which EI will look for. Important only one type of identifier to be used for all booking files, the code after it will alter the template. User can select from the available templates from the Use template dropdown menu. The corporate specific template will be finalized by saving the form. Fora customer number 999 the following settings will apply. (DOCI-AC ACCT) Should the user want to make changes to the newly created template then they can use the same form by editing the template settings using the cog icon.
