Using Enhanced Itinerary EI allows a great deal of flexibility in the presentation of itineraries. This flexibility is achieved through the use of different
layouts -HTML and plain text, and a set of options.
Starting EI EI can be started in a variety of ways. For Worldspan only customers then EI is started via the Start button
(Start->Travelport->Travelport.EnhancedItinerary). For Galileo Desktop users
further methods are available, Galileo Desktop toolbar, GDAudit (Focalpoint command.
Smartpoint users can add #EI prompt in the Tools Quick Commands Configuration menu item. The app is installed (Win
C:\Program Files (x86)\Travelport\Travelport.EnhancedItinerary\Travelport.EnhancedItinerary.exe
Choosing a host A user can choose between Galileo and Worldspan by selecting from the Settings Drop down menu.

Travelport Enhanced Itinerary Page If a user selects Worldspan then they will need to have a set of XmlPro credentials
to access Worldspan via XmlPro. Galileo does not require credentials but you will need to be emulating to successfully complete the registration process.
Office not installed When
no Office installed on the PC, user will receive an alert when launching the application. Click OK and leave it running. The refresh button maybe used to update PNR data for confirmation. Saving and/or sending confirmation in PDF format is not possible when Office is not installed.
