If a user selects one of those addresses and then presses the Set all email addresses to the selected button then all passengers listed in the grid in the bottom half of the popup will be automatically updated to show that address as the selected address for that passenger. New email addresses can be added by typing them into the text box below the text. Add new email address and then pressing the Add button. The newly added email address will then appear in all the drop downs in the popup. The number of passengers that appear in the Email Addresses popup is determined by the number selected in the passenger list in Display Options. The user can also, decide whether this new itinerary type is to be a default. This means that in the absence of a specific customization being available then a set of default options is used to display a PNR. After a user has created anew name for this new itinerary type the cog to the left will become enabled and the explicit customisation of this itinerary type can be performed using the Options popup. Upon selection of various options the new itinerary type is created when the user presses the OK button in the Options popup. Should a user wish to change the options in an existing itinerary type then they should click on the Edit existing radio button. This will make available the ability to select an existing itinerary type for editing, or, the ability to change the underlying template used by the selected item in the Itinerary type drop down. Should the user wish to alter the options for an existing itinerary type then select the itinerary type from the Itinerary type drop down and press the cog (edit button) and make alterations. Once again when the user presses the Ok button on the options popup the new settings are saved. Should the user have selected an item from the Change template then they can either press the cog to make further adjustments or press the Save button on the main customisation popup. Should the user wish to remove an itinerary type, after selecting it from the Itinerary type drop down, then they just need to click on the trashcan to remove that item. Finally, the user has the ability to decide which Itinerary types should be used as a default. This means that when a booking file is loaded by EI then a default html itinerary type of plain text itinerary type can be used to display it.
