Williams gets $3 million in salary and a $250,000 roster bonus in 2012. The deal carries a $3.4 million salary and $250,000 roster bonus in 2013. Williams can earn $300,000 in workout bonuses spread over the 2012 and 2013 seasons. The deal includes salary escalators that could add about $1.3 million in value to each of the final two seasons.

It's not much--$125,000 in proration of Williams' $500,000 signing bonus--but it's something. The base value of the deal is $11.25 million ($3.375M per year), with a maximum value of $13.8 million. Williams has $15,625 per game roster bonuses from 2011-13.
