6 – 5. Family member services Family members may participate in all aspects of the ASAP, except drug testing, within capabilities of existing resources and to the extent they are eligible under paragraph 1 – 9. Adolescent Family members of Soldiers and civilian employees in OCONUS locations will be provided by ASACS as directed in paragraph 6–2m. ASACS are provided in OCONUS DoD and designated schools with counselors available and located in these schools. Administrators, teachers, family members and students are made aware of services during student orientations and school handbooks.
