– 45. 2 – 11. Commander, US. Army Corps of EngineersThe Commander, USACE is delegated the authority to promulgate a regulation to address Corps-specific policies, responsibilities, and procedures related to the ASAP. The USACE regulation will comply with the policies and programs contained in this regulation. The Commander, USACE may delegate the responsibilities for implementing this publication to fit the unique organizational structure of the Corps. Prior to publication, the USACE regulation will be submitted to the Director, ARD for review and approval.
