4 – 21. Drug testing Program software All Army units are required to use the DoD-developed Drug Testing Computer Program as their predominant method for selecting Soldiers for testing and preparing the required testing forms and labels. Units should submit at least 95 percent of their UA specimens using the DoD DTP software. 4 – 22. Maintaining Drug testing Program records ASAP files must be maintained in accordance with the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) which is governed by AR 25 – 400 – 2. This refers to the DD forms s (Specimen Custody document – Drug Testing) and the testing ledgers will be filed per this system.
