Technology's potential to improve employees' productivity
Technology use in the workplace has allowed businesses to rapidly increase output and efficiency.
There is a plethora of digital and electronic resources accessible to help workers do their duties. The advancements available to workers today allow them to complete their tasks much more quickly, conveniently, and effectively than ever before. Computers, AI, printers, phones, IM, and other technology help workers be more efficient, simplifying and speeding up the process of doing their jobs.
One way in which digitization has influenced business is by making formerly laborious tasks like conducting conferences a lot less of a hassle thanks to the proliferation of online meeting spaces.

Impact of technology on employee well-being.
The study found that 90% of office workers experienced burning and pain in their eyes when using a computer, suggesting that human eyesight is not adapted to computer screens. Many factors, such as the worker's age, vision, the amount of time spent in front of the display, and the layout of the office, influence the impact of using a monitor.
Another health risk to workers posed by modern technology is the rise of sedentary lifestyles. Those who rely on technology daily should spend their time plugged into their screens. As computers take over all of the labor, employees lose their sense of agency in tasks like counting and other administrative tasks.
Sedentary work can have negative effects on a person's musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and cardiovascular system. Discomfort in the bones, especially the lower back and back, is a common complaint among workers.
