The Impact of New Technologies on Employees'
Emotional Well-Being In this way, technology is facilitating better time management among workers. Your employees' time may be more in demand from you, or they may be able to make better use of it thanks to technological advancements in the workplace. If workers are able to work more efficiently, communicate more quickly, and acquire information more quickly, they will be better able to fulfill deadlines and will experience less stress. According to the Aetna survey, 8 out of 10 workers find that technology improves their ability to communicate with coworkers, finish everyday activities in less time, and support employees in several locations simultaneously.

Nearly eighty-four percent of those surveyed indicated that modern conveniences benefit them in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Three-quarters of those polled reported less stress and more time to exercise as a result of adopting technology to better manage their time and activities.

As reported by Filimonova during the 2021 XIII International Student Scientific Conference student scientific forum, the impact of IT on human health was a major topic of discussion. https://scienceforum.ru/2021/article/2018025166

How technology affects workplace habits
Various aspects of workers' actions might be altered by technological advancements. These are only a few examples:
Communications
Learning new technology can help workers achieve their full potential in their jobs and boost productivity. They might have more fruitful conversations and get answers faster if they used instant messaging.
Accommodations
Technology has made it possible for a growing number of people with disabilities to participate in the workforce. New doors have opened up because of technology for those who previously had no way to participate in society because of their disability. Technological advancements, such as touchscreen personal computers, have made even the most fundamental office tools more user-friendly for workers.
Workers in highly automated settings have a higher risk of health problems and less job satisfaction, studies have found. However, they report a decrease in stress levels. Even more so for the kind of employment that Frey thought were most at risk from robots.
It's becoming increasingly common for employees at large marketplaces like AliExpress and Amazon to voice their dissatisfaction with the new working circumstances as a form of resistance to automated methods. Employees feel they have no privacy or safety in their workplace since they are being examined and monitored all the time.
