75 Capital budget was the amount of money needed to spend on capital item or fixed assets such as Land, building that are projected to income in the future. Mebrate (2002). Figure 5: Trends of capital Budget allocated to the Dawuro zone Even though the Dawuro Zone capital budget shows an increasing trends from EFY 2004-
2008. It can be observed from the above table there was an increasing trend almost all budget year except 2006 where decreased. The average rate of Dawuro zone capital budget allocated over five year with an average rate of million. The main reason for the increasing of all five budget year was due to the fact that constrictions of building offices are the causes to increase the budget from year to year base.
