Newcomer Award (Individual)
Deadline: October 7, 2016
The Newcomer Award recognizes the energies of a “new” professional and to recognize individual efforts and impact in a managerial/leadership position at their property.
A Nominee Must:
Be a RCRA member in good standing.
Hold a supervisory level job.
Have been hired or promoted to position within 2 years or less from date of October 2013.
Have established impacts on profit, increased program attendance, guest satisfaction, property marketability or other related items
Submission Criteria:
Completion of the Nomination Form
Physical or electronic submission of any medium that best answers these questions regarding the nominee:
What are the nominee’s member service accomplishments (i.e. period of RCRA membership, professional experience, RCRA service, personal character, RCRA leadership, RCRA offices held, RCRA committees, writing, research, public speaking)?
How has the nominee contributed to increased guest/participant/student satisfaction at their respective organization/agency?
How has the nominee contributed to their organization internally in leadership roles?
Why is the person you are nominating deserving of this Association Recognition award?
