Exhibitor/Sponsor Contract

GAMOA will provide space and facilities in its 2017 Tradeshow.

1. GAMOA will provide one (1) booth per exhibitor at a cost of $1,500 for members and $3,000 for non-members (unless specified in sponsorship package). Additional booths may be purchased at the cost of $1,250 for members and $1,750 for non-members. Companies may not share booths.

3. Exhibitors may begin set-up on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 7:00 pm. This time is subject to change to an earlier time based on ballroom availability.

4. Booths are to be torn down beginning at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 8^th with all equipment removed by 8:00 pm.

5. Each booth will be constructed of sturdy aluminum tubing with 8’ flameproof background drapes and 3’ tall side dividers. One 6’ table with skirting and two chairs will be provided with each booth. Should you require additional or less equipment please contact the GAMOA office.

6. Exhibitor will abide by rules and regulations of GAMOA and Atlanta Airport Marriott.

7. Packages may be shipped to the Atlanta Airport Marriott no earlier than three (3) days prior to arrival. The Atlanta Airport Marriott may charge up to $10 per box. Boxes requiring pallets will be subject to additional charges. Packages may be picked up by your preferred shipper at the Atlanta Airport Marriott at your expense with in two (2) days after the event. The Atlanta Airport Marriott is not liable for boxes that arrive unmarked, damaged or fail to arrive at the hotel.

8. Exhibitor may cancel agreement and receive a refund less a service charge of $500.00 excluding sponsorship donations if written request is made by August 7, 2017. There will be no refund of sponsorship donations.

9. Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Atlanta Airport Marriott or GAMOA, its owners, managers, officers, directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or expenses arising from, or out of the Exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitors liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from our out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invitees which arise from our out of Exhibitors occupancy and/or use of the exhibitor premises, the Atlanta Airport Marriott does not maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such coverage.

10. Care of the building and equipment of the booths. Exhibitors are forbidden to drive tacks, nails and screws into wall or woodwork. When such damage appears, the Exhibitor is liable to any exhibit for breach of this agreement for cause.

11. Company will donate the following item(s) to the Auction. Please give all items to GAMOA when you register at the Tradeshow so we can put them on display.

12. No alcoholic beverages or food are permitted on the premises unless purchased from the Atlanta Airport Marriott.

13. Full payment must be received by Friday, August 4, 2017.
