WEEK TWO
TOPIC: PRESENTATION PACKAGE.
Specific Objectives: By the end of this lesson the students should be able to;
1. Explain presentation package.
2. State the examples of presentation package.
3. State the uses of presentation package.

Presentation Package: Presentation software is a computer software package used to show information, normally in the form of a slide show. It mostly includes three major functions: an editor that allows text to be inserted and formatted, a method for inserting and manipulating graphic images and a slide-show system to display the content.

Examples of presentation software: Microsoft's PowerPoint and Lotus's Freelance Graphics, Adobe Persuasion, Astound, Asymetrix Compel, Corel Presentations, and Harvard Graphics. Among the most popular multimedia authoring tools are Macromedia Director and Asymetrix's Multimedia Toolbox.

Software programs like Microsoft PowerPoint make it easy for presenters to create a visual presentation package that will help to engage the audience. This visual will flip through different pages to emphasize key points. Many people also add text, which can help to support their talking points and ensure that the crowd takes away the key elements from the presentation. In addition to Microsoft PowerPoint, presenters can use software like Windows Movie Maker and Keynote to create other types of personalized presentation packages.
