Take a moment to review the following prom information: Where: AmericasMart (Building #3) 240 Peachtree Street NW Suite 2220 Atlanta, Georgia 30303 When: April 19, 2014 from 8:00 pm -12:00 pm Attire: Formal black tie event - Dress code will be enforced Visit http://www.atlanta.k12.ga.us/Page/14412 for details Note that the prom is a school-sponsored event. You, along with your guest, must comply with Atlanta Public Schools and Henry W. Grady High School’s discipline policy. Our expectation is that students will behave responsibly, which includes no consumption of alcohol beverages, use of controlled substances, and/or participation in any other inappropriate behavior before, during, or after the prom. As a reminder, please refer to page 20 in the Atlanta Public Schools’ Student Handbook which will be stated in your prom letter from Dr. Murray. To serve you better, complete the information below. We will need signatures from you and your parent in the blanks provided. Your guest must have a valid picture ID to attend. Guest includes those who are in the 10th grade at Grady or those who are 10th grade to 20 years old not attending Grady. Any student with discipline infractions will not be able to attend the Prom.
