   Call to Order: The TR45.5 Plenary was called to order on 8 October 2007, at 09:05 AM local time by the TR45.5 Chair, Orlett W. Pearson. The Chair welcomed everyone to Long Beach, CA.

   Attendance Registration and Introductions. Eighteen (18) companies were present out of 23 active companies and, thus, quorum was achieved (78% participation).
