DETAIL of EXPERIENCE in PSO Overall 05 years of experience as a Terminal Officer & HSE coordinator in Oil Movement & Storage. Experience includes Supervising and performing Road Gantry operations including loading and unloading of Tank Trucks, Tank farm Area operations, Pipeline Receipt & Dispatches, Terminal HSE, M&R, store and lube operation in terminal.
IN PAKISTAN STATE OIL COMPANY LIMITED
Working in PSO (Pakistan State Oil) as a Terminal Operations Officer (Performing additional duty of HSE coordinator, I/C M&R and ISO Coordinator) since March 07, 2011. Work as a shift incharge to manage depot and its staff 25-30 persons of different department.
Major responsibilities as an operations officer (Not limited to):
Supervise & perform smooth operation of receipt, storage & delivery of the different petroleum products in all respect.
Supervise & perform the measurement/Quantity/gauging activity of the Tank Trucks & Lorries with ensuring quality of the product by supervising the lab activity.
Supervise & perform the tank gauging activity, Pipeline receipts and Dispatches & Inter Tanks Transfer activity.
Supervise & perform the loading & unloading of the tank trucks.
Planning of the maintenance and repair work in operation area with terminal engineer.
Planning of the terminal operation which has to be carried out daily with other staff.
Forecasting the demand in liaison with retail and logistic department to fulfill the daily requirements.
Work instructions given to the operators as planned in the planning.
Supervise the store/mechanical warehouse and lubricant warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance of HSE requirements for all operational activities according to PSO’s HSE policy & ensure firefighting arrangements at the installation /terminal /depot.
Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Quality Management System (QMS) at all levels related to assigned responsibilities & Update all ISO documents.
Prepare documents using SAP to record delivery of products, obtained acknowledgement & distribute documents according to the prescribed procedures & maintained record as required
Coordinate with staff in various sections of the depot to obtain advice and guidance to resolve day to day operational problems.
Manage M & R of the installation/terminal/depot and supervise ongoing projects.
Keep close liaison with OGRA (Oil & Gas regulatory Authority) regarding physical reporting of tank trucks.
Do the other assignments as per higher management instructions.
Major responsibilities as HSE Coordinator (Not limited to):
Implementation of the company’s HSE SOP. Supervise & ensure the HSE activities in the terminal/depot in the compliance of the HSE SOP and regulations.
Conduct training and awareness sessions of the employees, drivers, dealers & entrants
Maintain firefighting equipment’s and conduct firefighting.
Implement Permit to Work system and maintain the same.
