This Addendum forms a part of the Request for Qualifications(RFQ) GWCCA-NSP-1 and modifies the original RFQ documents as noted below. This Addendum consists of two-(2) pages, and is limited to: Deliverables, Experience and Qualifications category. The Authority’s changes and additions are underlined. V. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Provide information pertaining to the principal personnel of submitting firm or of submitting Joint Venture, including but not limited to: Principal in Charge, Lead Designer, Project Architect, Project Manager and all other key personnel. Please include resumes and professional registration information for personnel identified. Provide an Organization Chart for the proposed Lead Architect entity,and communicate in the chart the respondent’s general expected division of responsibilities, including disciplines that are intended to be covered by sub consultants (Respondents shall simply list the discipline and state that a sub-consultant is planned for the discipline(s). NO identification of, or other/further information on, known or planned sub consultants shall be provided in the SOQ. principal A/E Team, and any known significant prospective sub consultants. Provide information on level of commitment for proposed senior personnel of thesubmitting firm or submitting Joint Venture. and key members of A/E team.
Provide experience of key resources on relevant projects of the firm including professional qualifications and description of involvement/experience for proposed project staff. This should include the degree of apparent relevant competencies of the principal professional(s) and lead staff relative to the project and services required, and evidence of competence. Provide information in regard to experience with CM/GC cooperation, understanding of GMP, and other relevant experience. (At this stage, firms are asked for information on lead staff only, but each firm may list qualifications and experience on more than one lead individual who are being proposed for services. NOTE: If the firm is selected as a finalist, the Falcons and the Authority will request detailed information on the exact proposed expanded team and their relevant experience. The Falcons and the Authority do not wish to discourage or restrict optimal teamingsub consulting by interested firms. Therefore, respondent firms may choose to pursue a teaming sub consulting arrangement at any stage of this procurement (prior to submitting a Design Services Proposal as a finalist) that the firm deems in its and the project’s best interest. Some respondents may wish to team with engagecertain sub-consultants early, and some respondents may do such engage teaming sub consultants later, after the Finalist Notification (including possible teaming sub consultants with firms that may have been earlier participants in this procurement but not selected as finalists). NO identification of, or other/further information on, known or planned sub consultants shall be provided in the SOQ. All proposed teams are subject to the Falcons and Authority evaluation described herein, and subject to prospective negotiation with an Apparent Awardee firm.
