so that we can secure the time and date that you have requested. Please note that we cannot log the reservation until we receive the form.
We will call you to confirm that we received your form and
verify the dining space and menu that you would like.

We can accept an increase in the guest count and each additional guest will be charged for at the contract rate. Please remember that failure to cancel/reschedule your reservation at least two days prior to the event will result in a $200.00 charge to the credit card above. Cancellations must be e-mailed to cedarcreekbrea@att.net. December reservations require seven days advance notice
