Auto Club of Southern California Young.jimmy@aaa-texas.com ============================================================================ SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Jimmy has 25+ years in the insurance industry as a homeowner claims manager and a catastrophe manager. He began his career in South Texas working for State Farm as a property field adjuster and then a SIU investigator. He then went to USAA as a field claims manager responsible for claims in seven central region states before transferring to San Diego, CA as a large Loss Manager. In 2003 Jimmy took a position as a Unit Claims Manager for Auto Club of Southern California responsible for all property claims in Southern CA. He transferred to Dallas Texas in 2006 as the claims manager for all property claims in Texas and technical support for all property claims in New Mexico. In 2010 Jimmy planned a key role in the design and development of a national catastrophe team for Auto Club of Southern California. He is currently the national catastrophe manager working out of the Texas Regional Headquarters for Auto Club of Southern California. Jimmy has a B.B.A. from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas and an AIC designation from the Insurance Institute of America. He is a past Vice President of the Dallas Claims Association.
