Summary
Currently the Head Coach for the Memphis MOJO men’s professional soccer team. Prior to that I was the Head Women’s Coach at the University of West Georgia. Took the job in fall of 2003 with the responsibility of starting a new program from the ground up for conference play in 2005. This task has included the development of the facility, roster, budget, staff and schedule, and the promotion of the overall program throughout the US and in particular the South. In 2005 we made the GSC semi-finals and I was awarded conference Coach of the year. Prior to starting at West Georgia I spent 6 years at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. During this period I coached the Men for 6 years and the Women for 5. Our Men’s team were ranked as high as #9 (2000), and #12 (2001) in the NSCAA top 25, with an NCAA round of 16 appearance in 2000. The Women’s team were ranked as high as #11 (2000), #1 (2001), #1 (2002) and #1 (2003) in the NSCAA top 25 and were the NCAA National runners up in 2001 and the NCAA National Champions in 2002. I have had many All-Americans, an NCAA player of the year on 2 occasions and over a dozen players go on to play at the next level (Women & Men).
Overall Coaching Record: Women 103-39-5, Men 61-47-11, Total 164-86-16
