Game plan for Unicare is to get the system up and running July 1. We will use the first quarter for training, using both the current and electronic systems until October 1. October 1 we plan to go completely to the electronic system and discontinue the “paper” system.
There is a need to fine tune reports so that we do not have to delay the budget process by gathering information manually, as was the case this year.

Department of Social Services is offering courses for mandated reporters on recognizing and reporting abuse and neglect.
Carol Webster
The Department has grant money left over and wants to distribute these funds to the boards for onetime projects, up to $25,000 each. Carol will submit a grant request to help with expenses to move the Atlantic House over to the current Emporia building to help install an industrial kitchen. This will allow us to serve more consumers at Atlantic House.

Discussed May All Staff. Date is May 20th. Still looking for a location and getting catering quotes. Agenda items discussed.
Any staff who have suggestions for afternoon activities are requested to bring the suggestions to the Directors and they will present to LT.
Tentative agenda was developed.
After discussion it was decided that if people are late for All Staff, it should be reflected in their Annual Evaluation. (This is a change from what was stated in the March 23, 2011 LT notes.) Sign in will start at 8:45 and sheets will be pulled at 9am. If someone is in line at 9am they can still sign the sheets.
