CADET COLONEL BRENDON E. BOSTON
Cadet Boston is the Wing Commander for AFROTC Detachment 225 located at the University of Notre Dame, IN. In this position he is responsible for overseeing the operation of the entire cadet wing. This involves planning and coordinating all wing activities pertinent to the purpose and mission of AFROTC with the COC in order to ensure the successful training of all cadets in the program.
Cadet Boston graduated from York High School in York, ME in the spring of 2006. He joined Reserve Officer Training Core program at the University of Notre Dame in August of 2006. His freshman year he served as Flight Physical Fitness Officer, Flight Drill and Ceremonies Officer, and Flight Standardization Officer. He joined the Arnold Air Society program in the spring of his freshman year. The summer of 2007 he attended a PDT at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Sophomore year Cadet Boston served as Flight Recruiting Officer, Flight Physical Fitness Officer, and Flight Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Officer. He was also the Webmaster for both semesters in the Arnold Air Society program. In his junior year he was the Honor Guard Commander, Physical Fitness Officer, and Flight Commander. He was selected as a Pilot Training Candidate in the spring semester of his junior year. In the summer of 2009 he received the opportunity to attend the Air Force Academy Free Fall program at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Upon graduating the program he received basic jump wings. In the fall semester of his senior year Cadet Boston served as Joint Board Officer, and he was selected for the ENJJPT pilot training program at Sheppard AFB, Texas.
