At the Feast of Pentecost, believers were gathered in one place in Jerusalem, and they were filled with the Holy Spirit. These believers miraculously began to speak in away that was understood by each of the God-fearing Jews from various nations who were gathered in Jerusalem for the Feast. People of every language understood the believers in their own language. The crowd was amazed, so Peter preached to them, explaining that this miracle was the work of the Holy Spirit.
