(General Keeling was unable to attend due to a Washington blizzard. Instead Robert G. Relyea spoke on “AFPI Treatment of Credit Cards”. This was a joint meeting with the Indian River Chapter, Florida Engineering Society; National Society Professional Engineers; and the Federal Bar Association. October 3, 1967 - Patrick AFB Officer’s Club – Dr. Jerome P. Keuper, President, Florida Institute of Technology – “The Professional Manager”. This is a joint meeting with the Mid Florida Chapter of NCMA. Dr. Keuper awarded a Certificate of Professional Designation in Contract Management to Albert Staines of RCA. Mr. Staines was the first student to receive this award. November 7, 1967 - Patrick AFB Officer’s Club – Roy H.
