NEWS RELEASECastle Lanterra Properties, LLC One Executive Blvd, Suite 204 Suffern, NY 10901 Media Contact: Karen Ravensbergen / (201) 796-7788 / @carylcomm Castle Lanterra Properties Launches Second Annual Tenant Scholarship Program Program Showcases Multifamily Owner’s Focus on Residents’ Quality of Life SUFFERN, N.Y., January 27, 2017 – Castle Lanterra Properties (CLP) is kicking off its second annual academic scholarship program by offering an additional scholarship – four in total – to tenants and their dependents residing at 14 of the firm’s multifamily properties, located in seven states ranging from Colorado to Texas to the East Coast. “CLP has a strong culture of philanthropy and commitment to creating a positive environment for the residents of our communities,” said Elie Rieder, founder and CEO of the privately-held real estate firm. “The Castle Lanterra Properties Scholarship Program is helping tenants succeed by supporting them as they advance their education and lay the foundation for their futures.” CLP tenants eligible for the Castle Lanterra Properties Scholarship Program include high school seniors, graduates and post-secondary undergraduates who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire 2017-2018 academic year. The company will offer a total of four scholarship awards. Scholarship applicants will be required to write an essay covering a self-identified issue of “personal, local, national or international” concern. “The inaugural program in 2016 yielded strong interest among our residents, and we were determined to enhance it by adding an additional scholarship this year,” Rieder noted. “The program recognizes students with strong academic performance who demonstrate leadership and participate in both school and community activities, as well as their work experience, career and educational goals, and any unique personal or family circumstances.” The program is offered to residents and their families at Harbor Pointe in Bayonne, N.J.; River Park in Raritan, N.J.; Asher, Villas Tech Ridge, Array and 1825 Place & Cottages, in Austin, Texas; Sage Corpus Christi and San Marin in Corpus Christi, Texas; Watergate Pointe in Annapolis, Md.; 222 Saratoga in Baltimore; Midpointe in Chicago; Landing Square in Atlanta; Heights at Skyland in Tuscaloosa, Ala.; and Regatta Sloan’s Lake in Denver. The scholarship program launches February 1, 2017, with an application deadline of March 15, 2017. Details are available at https://www.scholarsapply.org/castlelanterra.
