Decentralization Program Coordinator: Responsibilities included promoting the NYSCA grant program in Cayuga and Seneca county. Contacting and recruiting non profit organizations and artist of all disciplines on constant basis. Creating new working relations and ideas with artist and non profit organizations for community enhancement.
Set up a computer data base in File Maker Pro for the Arts Council. Designed a new grant application, which was adopted throughout the state.
Set-up boards, using non conflicting area professionals, for the grant process. Was in charge of all comprehensive reports to NYSCA also the two counties application for the grant from NYSCA. The counties were awarded a 33% increase the year of application.

1984-1989 AC&R/DHB&BESS was Diener/House/Bates of Ted Bates Association and merged in late 80s with AC&R and BESS. Shortly their after Saatchi & Saatchi took over. The Ft Lauderdale office was a subsidiary office which maintained advertising and marketing accounts of it own and not affiliated with the main NY office. Even though the Ft. Lauderdale office showed a yearly profit it was soon closed after the Saatchi and Saatchi take over.

Office Manager: Day to day operation of the office (included a staff of 11 and five freelance artists.) Hired some, fired one. Delegate workload: filing, copying, database input, covering publicity and promotional event when needed.
Publicity & Promotions Manager:
Plan & develop publicity for motion picture distributors throughout Florida includes arranging and follow through of celebrity phoners, premieres, satellite feeds, press junkets, tours and escorting celebrities on press junkets and tours (all included comprehensive activity reports and publicity values.) Public speaking when needed.
Designed and developed promotions for motion pictures distributors nationally and throughout the state of Florida. Creative copy writing to and for newspapers, radio & TV promotions managers. Issued comprehensive activity reports and promotional values.
