This Tournament was a dream comes true it is the culmination of a long work in the Women's Football Association East Paris Police for 13 years FRANCE WOMEN'S POLICE CUP as its name suggests is an all-female tournament that will bring Together 24 teams from different nations in five days with three days of competition in a beautiful Setting and highlight sport Female Police Officer between teams of National Police Mounted Police Municipal Police Customs Railway Police Rural Police Military Police through the practice of Football 5-5 on grass and will generate a friendship fraternity and conviviality that we hope will last FEMALE in time n ' Remember "Servo per Amikeco" is the motto of the International Police Association one of our partners We wanted for this first edition emphasize the look friendly and friendly to create a link between all Participant’s coaches and organizers for this occasion the municipality of LONGEVILLE SEA Region in Vendée we welcome in beautiful sports and cultural facilities and we offer a whole range of Activities and visits has made along the Atlantic coast the campsite LITTLE ROCK 3 star will give you a quality accommodation with many activities for your leisure time and where you can organize your own meals The global crisis spared no one; we have tried to strike a balance for the package of 90€ per person (See package on www.ffpep.com English website). FRANCE WOMEN'S POLICE CUP is organized by the Association for Women's Football Police Eastern Paris (FFPEP) in collaboration with the League Ile de France (LIFE) of the Sports Federation of the National Police and International Police Association delegation of Val de Marne (IPA Val de Marne). All emails regarding this event should be sent to: regis.jeanneret@ffpep.com The event will run from April 16 to 20 2012 The organization has an obligation to organize the event as advertised, but has the right to make changes to the program if necessary. Participating teams must pay the full FFPEP commitments, which will pay the accommodation at the campsite and any other costs for the event If the organization is forced to cancel the event for unexpected reasons, it will be responsible for reimbursing the costs incurred by the participating delegations without any claims or damages claimed.
International Women's Tournament Police Football 5-5 lawn (bring suitable footwear) Scheduled for Monday, April 16 to Friday, April 20, 2012. (Period for Region School Vendée) Participation of 16 or 24 or more teams depending on the number of commitments Who can participate ? Female staff working in services required to the National Police, Gendarmerie, Customs, Municipal Police, Railway Police, Military Police and Firemen of the European Community, or outside the Community and the invitation of the Regional Women's Football clubs if opportunity to participate. If an error appears on the form and requires changes in bookings, costs can be attributed to the delegation. The organization sends a confirmation of participation, when she received the first payment. Hosting? Accommodation will be provided in a 4-star campsite, equipped with chalets and mobile home comfort and comfort fully equipped. The teams who book in advance before 01.02.2012 must pay an initial deposit of 50€ per person to be registered Full payment must be forcibly set before 01.04.2012, by paying the balance of 40€ pp The teams who book after 01.02.2012 must pay the amount of 90€ per person to be registered

Participants must submit to the rules of the host It will be available at the campsite reception. The campsite management may exclude a member or accompanied by a delegation, camping on the grounds of theft, vandalism, etc... The organization of the event may exclude a member or accompanied by a delegation of the tournament in case of serious problems. The team leaders will inform their members of these rules. All referees are certified, they must ensure that facilities comply to play. The rescue teams will be on hand. Each team will have its own insurance will adequately cover the costs incurred in case of injury or hospitalization of a member of its delegation. 8 VISA APPLICATION Visa procedure You registered for the first International Tournament France POLICE WOMEN'S CUP to be held from April 16 to 20, 2012 at LONGEVILLE S / MER FRANCE Vendee region As citizens of a foreign country for which a visa is necessary for you to France, you must obtain a visa by Yourself We also ask that you send us as soon as possible the following information: 1.
