“Helping Others to Live Better Lives” 80 Walnut Street, Suite 103 Atlanta, Georgia 30314 www.communitycouncilma.org (404) 221-1222 info@communitycouncilma.org FAX (404) 935-5859 Fifth Anniversary Celebration Art Auction & Showcase The Community Council of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, will celebrate five years of community service to at-risk youth and young inner-city males with a Fifth Anniversary Gala on Saturday, November 16, 2013, 7:00 pm at the Helene Mills Center, 515 John Wesley Dobbs Drive, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30312. This event will feature an Art Showcase & Auction. Artists are requested to donate one piece of art for the showcase/auction. They may also submit up to three additional pieces for the auction, with the artist earning 50% of the sale price. All contributions are tax-deductible and will benefit the Priority Male Initiative, the D.N.A. Young Fatherhood Program, and the Live B4U Die Summit sponsored by CCMA. If you are willing to serve as a featured artist, please complete and return the attached sponsorship form to us by October 30, 2013. Featured artists will be listed in the printed program, provided VIP tickets to the gala, and publicly acknowledged during the event. All donations are tax-deductible.
