Within three weeks of your Open Academy event, please provide a final report, which will be posted on the RSC Atlantic website. The report must include a 250 word description of the event, and two to four captioned photographs, including one photo of key participants with RSC Atlantic Banner and one photo of the audience, all suitable for inclusion on the RSC Atlantic website. Within four weeks following the event, the principal applicant/s must submit expenses to both their affiliated research office and to RSC Atlantic to ashlee_cunsolowillox@cbu.ca and to esimpson@mta.ca.
A final financial statement from the research office of the affiliated institution must be received, with any unspent funds returned to the RSC, within six months.
