Event Evaluation:
The event will be evaluated based on if it is successful and people show up to it. A de-brief meeting will also be held after the event to see if everything went well and see if workers heard any positive comments from fans who attended the event. I will be in charge of monitoring how many people come in to the event and everyone will monitor the local news and Comcast Sports South to see if the Falcons get more media coverage. Also, the event will be evaluated based on ticket sales for the next season. If ticket sales go up, the event was a success.
