Abstract:
This paper aims to find out the impacts and changes resulting from the rapid growth in the tourism industry of Macau, looking at the three aspects in the goal of achieving sustainable tourism development economical, social and environmental, and also to investigate the hotel industry’s role as an important element of Macau’s tourism industry and its impact on the local community. Both qualitative and quantitative research methodology will be used to complement together and clearly state the findings.
