EIGHTY-SECOND HOUSE DISTRICT Eighty-second. Part of the City of Virginia Beach comprised of the Alanton (006), Cape Henry (011), Colony (075), Eastern Shore (067), Edinburgh (056), Great Neck (010), Kings Grant (047), Linkhorn (004), London Bridge (008), Lynnhaven (049), Malibu (014), North Beach (001), Pinewood (094), Plaza (012), South Beach (002), Thalia (028), Trantwood (009), and Wolfsnare (048) Precincts. Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities. The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary. Part of the City of Virginia Beach contained within a line described as follows: Beginning on Shore Drive (U.S. Highway 60) at its intersection with the Lynnhaven Bay and the John A. Lesner Bridge: clockwise north, northeast, and southeast in the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean following the City of Virginia Beach boundary and coastline to 17th Street extended to the shoreline west on the 17th Street extension and 17th Street, also shown as Virginia Beach Boulevard (U.S. Highway 58 Business), to Mediterranean Avenue south on Mediterranean Avenue to Norfolk Avenue west on Norfolk Avenue to the intersection of Barclay Square and Caribbean Avenue with an extension south from Parks Avenue to Norfolk Avenue north on the extension from Parks Avenue, crossing the Norfolk Southern Railway to Parks Avenue north on Parks Avenue to its intersection with 18th Street and an unnamed legal boundary (eastern boundary of census block 518100442004021) continuing north on the unnamed legal boundary and on Parks Avenue to 21st Street and eastbound lanes of the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway (I-264 and State Route 44) west on the eastbound lanes of the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway to North Birdneck Road north on North Birdneck Road to the westbound lanes of the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway west on the westbound lanes of the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway to the southernmost branch of Linkhorn Bay north on Linkhorn Bay to Laskin Road (U.S. Highway 58) west on Laskin Road to First Colonial Road (State Route 408) south on First Colonial Road to Virginia Beach Boulevard (U.S. Highway 58 Business) west on Virginia Beach Boulevard to the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway (I-264 and State Route 44) west on the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway to North Great Neck Road/London Bridge Road (State Route 279) south on London Bridge Road to Potters Road east .20 miles on Potters Road to a property line running parallel to and just west of the Norfolk Southern Railway (western boundary of the Naval Air Station Oceana and eastern boundary of census blocks 518100454071016 and 518100450001031) south on the property line to London Bridge Creek west on London Bridge Creek to London Bridge Road south on London Bridge Road to International Parkway northwest on International Parkway to Lynnhaven Parkway (State Route 414) north on Lynnhaven Parkway to South Lynnhaven Road southwest on South Lynnhaven Road to Lee Highlands Boulevard south on Lee Highlands Boulevard to Carnegie Road northwest and southwest on Carnegie Road to Bethune Drive north on Bethune Drive to Skipper Drive west on Skipper Drive to Crossett Street south on Crossett Street to Club House Road west on Club House Road to South Rosemont Road (State Route 411) north on South Rosemont to South Plaza Trail east and north on South Plaza Trail to the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway (I-264 and State Route 44) west on the the Virginia Beach Norfolk Expressway to the northbound lanes of South Rosemont Road (State Route 411) north on the northbound lanes of South Rosemont Road to Bonney Road west on Bonney Road to the southbound lanes of South Rosemont Road north on the southbound lanes of South Rosemont Road to the Norfolk Southern Railway west on the Norfolk Southern Railway to Lynn Shores Drive north on Lynn Shores Drive to Virginia Beach Boulevard (U.S. Highway 58) northwest and west on Virginia Beach Boulevard to Thalia Creek north on Thalia Creek and its continuation as Thurston Branch to the intersection with Buchanan Creek and the Western Branch of the Lynnhaven River east on Buchannan Creek to an unnamed stream lying in part parallel to and south of Kingston Drive east on the unnamed stream to its terminus and an unnamed legal boundary east 114 feet on the unnamed legal boundary (southern boundary of census block 511800424001000) to the northbound lanes of Little Neck Road northeast and northwest on Little Neck Road to Harris Road north on Harris Road to Lamorelle Lane west on Lamorelle Lane to Lynnwood Drive south and west on Lynnwood Drive to Advance Road north, west, and north on Advance Road to Lynnhaven Bay north in Lynnhaven Bay to Shore Drive (U.S. Highway 60) at its intersection with the Lynnhaven Bay and the John A.
