Financial systems include Accounts Payable, AP Adjustment Form, Accounts Receivable, Bottomline, CAPS, Cash Management (CRMA), Chart Security Maintenance Application (CSMA), CoA Validator, Collections, FED EX, Oracle Fixed Assets, General Ledger, GL Validator, HCOM, iProcurement, iReceivables, PCard, Vendor Request, Web ADI, and Web Reimbursement

Use of the Macintosh is supported only for iProcurement/HCOM among the University Financial applications list in (a).

Set your browser to enable JavaScript and cookies. Storing cookies on your computer is recommended; at a minimum, allow per-session, not stored, cookies.

Use of CREW does not require an Interactive Reporting client for standard report output. CREW provides a choice of pdf, csv or txt output for standard/delivered reports. CREW power users, who have been authorized, may install the Interactive Reporting Web Client or Interactive Reporting Studio and have a bqy file as an additional output.

In addition to the Oracle client you will need database accounts and network access to the databases that you want to query.

(i)

The web client downloads automatically the first time you open an Interactive Report (bqy) on the HUBI IR Portal.

Adobe Acrobat v 10 is ending support December 2015. Adobe Acrobat 11 is recommended.

A number of web-based Advance reports are available through the HDW-managed HUBI Interactive Reporting (IR) portal. The portal contains ready-to-run reports in addition to access to powerful ad hoc query and report-writing tools. The IE web client downloads automatically the first time a user opens an Interactive Report (bqy) on the HUBI IR Portal.

Firefox browser should have the most recent version with all necessary security patches. Firefox “ESR” should be on the latest ESR version with all point releases installed.

(r)

Using Oracle WEB ADI with the Firefox browser and Excel 2013 may also require having an IE browser open in the background. You can also just use WEB ADI with the IE Browser and Excel 2013
