2.7 Disability and Access/Communication Barriers
Respondents were asked if they considered themselves to be disabled. 7% of residents and 7% of visitors said that they were “a disabled or deaf person or living with a long-term illness”. These people were then asked if there were any access or communication barriers which prevented you from participating in the event. 13% of residents and 33% of visitors reported that they had encountered barriers.
