GENERAL
This charter quote is aircraft specific; should the need arise to change aircraft; cost may vary accordingly. Charterer shall be informed of any such change prior to flight and the amount of additional cost, if any. The quote is based upon aircraft and crew availability and is valid for 14 days. Upon acceptance or term and conditions listed herein, this document becomes a legal and binding contract between the two parties.
PRICES PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
All prices quoted herein are accurate on the date quoted, are subject to change without notice and are valid for 14 days. All expenses associated with the operation of the aircraft are covered by Your Charter Company. All other expenses, charges and costs, including, without limitation, transportation taxes, foreign taxes, levies, non-objection fees, duties, royalties, special or accessorial services requested by Charterer, aircraft landing and handling fees, any fuel surcharge shall be paid for by Charterer.
Cancellation Terms. Our cancellation fee is 50% of quote if the flight is cancel within 48 hours of scheduled departure, and 100% of quote if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure. A no show will be charged the full amount of the charter cost.
Payment Terms. All flights must be either paid for in advance or secured with a hold against a credit card.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Charter Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in a governed by the laws of the state(s) in which we have our principal business location.
Exclusive Control and Performance. Charter Company has exclusive direction and control over the aircraft, its crew and passengers, and all cargo on board. Charter Company shall be entitled to subcontract the whole or any part of the transportation services, and each such subcontractor shall be entitled to all rights, benefits, defenses, limitations and/or immunities available to Operator pursuant to this charter.
DANGEROUS GOODS-Federal Law prohibits hazardous materials from being included in wither checked or carryon baggage. Items such as explosives, compressed gasses, oxidizers, corrosives, flammable liquids and solids, loaded firearms, radioactive materials and poisons are considered hazardous. ** Some common examples of prohibited items include paints, mace/tear gas, lighter fluid, oxygen bottles, charcoal and fireworks, etc. For more information on what is hazardous materials please ask one of our representatives or refer to attached HAZMAT template.
The Client ensures that the passengers' baggage does not contain anything of a hazardous nature. If Charter Company is fined or has to meet expenses due to non-compliance on the part of the Client, passengers or shippers with all formalities or regulations under which the air transportation is performed, the Client shall indemnify Charter Company for all such fines, expenses and additional costs.
SMOKING-Charterer agrees that there will be no smoking on board any flights confirmed with Atlantic Air Charter.
DOCUMENTATION
Domestic Flights: Photo ID’s are required prior to flight.
International Flights. You must have a: • Valid Passport • Valid Visa (if applicable) • Proof of Required Vaccination (if applicable). You will not be permitted to board without the above required documentation.
