Established in 1979, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (www.vvmf.org) is the nonprofit organization authorized by Congress to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC. Today, through a variety of educational initiatives, the organization works to educate both young and old about the lasting impact of the Vietnam War. Among its many programs are the Echoes From The Wall curriculum kit and the Teach Vietnam Teachers Network.
