Africa is the 2nd largest continent in the world. Asia is the largest. Many different countries and many different people call Africa home. The land, as well as the people, is very diverse. This means that even though Africa is one continent, there are many different types of people, and very different types of land and climates.
How many different countries can you see that would fit in Africa?
Africa is hot in many places. This is because of its location. The equator passes through several countries in Africa, and remember – the land located on the equator is always very, very, warm.
