HKDF is a non-governmental, non-profiting and non-political organization working for the sustainable development of under-privileged communities focusing on health, education, youth development, gender development, environment, rural development, poverty alleviation, cultural revival through media campaigns and community mobilization, strengthening government and other stakeholders' initiatives in development.

Aims and Objectives

The Objective of HKDF is to;

• 
  Work for the livelihood and development of communities at large
  
• 
  Work for youth development and to support in creating an environment which would facilitate them to show, utilize and possibly polish their skills and talent in the best possible manner
  
• 
  Educate and provide the access of women and children to basic facilities of health, education, social awareness and self sustainability
  
• 
  Generate finances through charity activities such as events, seminars, festivals and concerts for the deserving segments of the society especially Artists, who are in the entertainment industry like Musicians, Singers, Stage Artists, Performers, Actors, who live below the poverty line with their families

  Promote Women Empowerment to increase income generation activities for communities especially women through vocational education and skill training.

  Provide moral and financial support at the door steps of the poor and vulnerable segments of the society by identifying poor patients, poor families who cannot afford education of their children who are poor but skilful people and cannot afford to live above poverty line
