The Commission has reviewed the revised tariff pages filed on August 31, 2015 by Atlantech Online, Inc. The Company proposes to remove discretionary and competitive services from its tariff pursuant to the Notice and Order on De-tariffing. Additional information was filed on September 3, 2015.
After considering this matter at the September 16, 2015 Administrative Meeting, the Commission accepted the tariff revisions for filing with an effective date of October 1, 2015.
