Most versions of Android OS provide an e-mail client that supports the type of corporate e-mail system that we have, Microsoft Exchange Server. Setting AFSC e-mail account(s) on an Android device is a simple and straightforward. A few basic information you need before you start the setup process: Server name (Outlook.Office365.com), e-mail account type (Exchange or Exchange ActiveSync or Corporate), your account credential (your e-mail address and password).
Setting E-mail Account Up on Android
Tap Settings.
Under Accounts section, tap Add Account.
Tap on the account type. Depending on the version and flavor of your Android OS, the account type may be called one of the following: Corporate, Exchange, or Exchange ActiveSync.
Enter e-mail address and password.
Tap Next.
The setup wizard will prompt for more information.
Tap on “Edit Details” and enter the mail server name and domain. The e-mail server is Outlook.Office365.com, Username is your AFSC email address, and the domain is AFSC.
Tap Next.
Tap OK to Remote Security Administration prompt.
Check all the services—Mail, Contacts, Calendar, etc—you want to turn on.
