| How to get a Meter Read
Samsung SCX4216F: Press menu button and the left or right arrow till you get to report and enter, then left or right arrow to configuration page. HP Printers DeskJet below 800 Series: Unknown DeskJet 800-900: Series Hold Page Feed Button, Press Cancel Button 4 times, release Page Feed Button HP DeskJet 5650 – Hold Page Feed Button, Press Cancel 12 Times, Release Page Feed Button ***GENERAL HP INK (PHOTO, DESK, OFFICEJET) Printer PAGE COUNT PROCESS*** Hold Page Feed Button, Press Cancel Button either 4 (most common) ,8, 12, 16+ times, then release Page Feed Button. HP LJ II & III: Printer needs to be offline. Press and Hold print fonts/test until the display reads “05 self test” This will print page count HP LJ 4 series: Printer needs to be Offline. Press MENU until “Test Menu” is displayed”. Press Item once “self Test” will be displayed” Press ENTER. IMPORTANT: Make sure to put printer back online HP LJ 5 series: Press Menu until “test menu” is displayed. Press item until “self test” is displayed. When the Go light turns on, release the Go button. HPLJ1020, HP P1006: Meter are located in driver preference, under the “about” tab.. HP 1320: Hold green button down for 3-5 seconds until light above green button flashes and then release. Report should print off. HP2015: hold down green button until orange light blinks and release. Report should print off. HP LaserJet 2100/2200 : Press GO and JOB Cancel (simultaneously) HP 2420: Press Select to open scroll down to info and press select then scroll to configuration page and then select. HP3015: Press Menu/Enter/ right or left arrow to Reports, then press Menu/enter and then go to usage page and press enter HP3300 and HP3380: Press Menu and go to reports and then to configuration page. HP LJ 4000: To print a Configuration Page:1. Press [Menu] until INFORMATION MENU appears.2. Press [Item] until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears. 3. Press [Select] to print the Configuration Page. HP LJ 4050: Press Menu ,Go to Item, Scroll till you get to print configuration and then press select and report should print off, If that does not show page count then print off usage page and that should have copy count on it. HP LaserJet 4100: Press Menu until INFO MENU appears, Press Item until Print CONFIG appears and then press SELECT HP 4200/4250: Press Green button and then scroll to information then press select and then scroll to configuration page and select. HP4300 HP4350: Press Green check Button and down arrow to info and press check button again to configuration page HP P4515tn: Press menu button, arrow down to information, then usage page, press ok to print. HP LJ 3200 series: Press Enter/Menu use the < or > keys to select REPORTS and then press ENTER/MENU use the < or > keys to select Config REPORT then press Enter/Menu HP LaserJet 8000, 8100, CLJ 4500,4550: Press right side of menu button once, display should read INFO menu. Press right side of item once, display should read Print CONFIG. Press select. HP 4600/4650: Press Menu button, down arrow to information, press the check button, down arrow to configuration page and then press check button. HP Color LJ 2600: Press the <- or -> arrow buttons to select Reports menu. Press <-| button to Select. Press <- or -> arrow button to select config report. Press <-| Select button to print config page. HP 3600: Press Menu button, down arrow to information, press the check button, down arrow to configuration page and then press check button. HP 8150: Press Menu: Information Menu: Press Item until Print Config, press select to print config. HP1160: hold go button for 5 second till yellow light comes on then let go, report should print off. HP3030: press menu / enter button, use < or > buttons till you get to report and press enter, use HP Officejet 8500 meter read instructions: Press the Setup button (below the display screen, with the wrench icon on it) Press the right arrow button once so that “2 print report” is displayed on the screen Press the ok button to select it Use either the right or left arrow buttons to scroll through the options until you see “8 Network Settings” Press ok to select it, and the configuration page (which is usually 2 pages long) will begin printing. HP CM3530mfp: Press arrow button to administrator, Press information, Press usage page report, Print. HP 3027/3035/5025/5035/ CM4730/C8050/C8060 (on screen) arrow down to administration, then information and then configuration and usage pages, press print. HP4345mfp(Q3943x): Press Menu button / Arrow ↓till you get to Information on display screen / Press Information on screen / Press Print Configuration Page HPM4345,x,xs,xm(CB425A / CB426A/CB427A and CB428A): on display screed scroll down till you get to administration, then information, then configuration, then usage page and print HP 9040/9050/ C4730 (On panel by keypad) press Menu button, then on display screen press information pages, then press configuration. Need page count. HP3390 *LCD screen, not touch screen, press Menu button, arrow reports and enter, then arrow to usage page and then press enter. HP9055: Open main front door of copier/ Mechanical counter is below control panel. HP110+:Meter read instructions on HP110+ Hold down the power button and press the resume button once. HPCLJCM4540: On control panel select Administration menu, then select Reports menu, arrow till you get to configuration page, device information page and then print OR usage page. Meter reads are the equivalent impressions. HP Laser Jet 2035 :Hold both the read and green button down for 5-6 seconds and configuration page should print off. HP Office Jet 8000: Press and hold the Cancel Button (X) for 3 seconds and the Self Test Page prints. Xerox WC555/575: Menu/ arrow ↓to #2 print reports/ →arrow to Settings List then press enter. Under total pages need Printed count FCF12: Press Menu Button, Arrow ↓till you get to reports press enter. Use ←arrow button till you get to System Data List and press enter. Report will print off. Pro16fx = Press clear button down for 5-10 seconds and two digits will appear for a total of six numbers. IT2520 / IT2520f/ IT3520/ IT3520f: To get meter reads of these models. Press Utility button on control panel, Press Admin Management then press Admin 1, press counter, press counter again. Write down number for Total (which is copy & print added together). To get scan count use down arrow for scan count. 4118x: Press machines status button, then press your arrow down button till you get to reports, then press your right arrow button till you get to billing/counter then press enter button and report will print off. Total impressions is the copy count. WC555/575: Menu/ arrow ↓to #2 print reports/ →arrow to Settings List then press enter. Under total pages need Printed count WCPRO412 = Press reports button, arrow ↓to Systems Data List, Press enter button to print. Total page count is listed on report below Emulation Version. WC423PI: Press Features Selection, and go to Billing Meter. C2424: Press System Setup button: Press ↓Arrow button till you get to information: press →arrow button, press ↓arrow button till you get to Billing Meters: press →arrow button again and display will show first: Serial Number Total Impressions Color Impressions Black Impressions:
Konica & Minolta DI750 = Open both front doors. Mechanical counter is just below control panel on left hand side Di550: Meter count is located on right side of copier near on / off switch DI551 = Open Main front door and Mechanical counter is just below control panel .DI-520/DI-620 = Right side of copier near manual bypass tray DI450: Mechanical counter on right side of copier near on/off switch DI-250/DI-350/DI-181/DI200f = Right side of copier on side of control panel DI-151 = Press clear button down for 5-10 seconds series of two digits will appear for a total of six numbers DI-151f= Press confirm button , then press ↓arrow button, machine counter, press yes button: Total count will show on display screen DI-152=On Control panel press meter count button. EP1030/1031/1030f/1031f = Press clear button down for 3 seconds and a series of two digits will appear for a total of six numbers. EP6000/4050/3050/2050/1080/1081/1085 = Right side of copier midway down left side EP2120/21/2130/2150/51/52 = Left side toward the back, about 2” up from the botton of the copier EP5000 = Right side near on/off switch CF911P = Left side below on/off by manual feed CF900 = Left side near manual bypass tray To get break down between color & b&w copies press user mode and then meter count.
CF9001: Mechanical counter is on left side of copier. To get meter read breakdown between color and b&w. Press Utility Button, then press Meter Count.
DI183f = Press Confirm Button then use arrow ↓button to you get to total page then press yes DI183= Need to Press Meter Count button on control panel CF1501 & CF2001 = Mechanical counter is on right side of copier below on/off switch. To get breakdown meter reads on CF1501 & CF2001 press Utility button key, touch meter count, numbers will show up on screen.
CF2001P = Press Menu button: Functions print pages hit Set. Arrow ↓till you come across Functions total counters Hit Set again. Load paper Horizontally for paper to print off meter counts. CF2002 / CF3102 = Press Utility button on control panel. Touch meter count.
DI2010/f / DI2510/f / DI3010/f / DI3510/f = To get meter counts from this model press Utility button on control panel, then on display screen press meter count. Copy down Total copies on first screen, then press next button on display screen and copy down scan total. Open main door where toner gets installed and the mechanical counter is to the right of that. CF5001: Press button on control panel: P the word counter is below letter P. Screen will show total counter. To print press counter list output and press start C350 Bizhub: Press Utility Button / Press Counter List/ Press Print button on control panel. Paper must be in 1st paper drawer in landscape position and dial must be set to plain and then press start button
. DI5510: Press “Utility” button on control panel.. Di450: Meter count location on right side of copier by on / off switch. Di470:Meter count is on Right side of copier near on/off switch. Di650: Open main front door, mechanical count is below control panel. C450: Press Utility/ Counter button on control panel/ Meter count are on the left side of display screen/ Total count / black count/ color count/ To print off report then press detail button on display screen and press print button on display screen/ then select on display screen 8.5x11 and report will print off. Bizhub Pro 1050: Press “Utility” button on control panel.. Bizhub 200/250/350: Open main door were toner is replaced and mechanical counter is to the right of that. C250/C352: Press Utility/ Counter button on control panel/ press details on display screen/ press print on the left side of display panel. Select 8x11 to 11x17 and press the start button to print off meter read report. Bizhub C252: Press Utility/Counter button, on display screen press meter count and then press check details and press print list and meter count list should print off. Bizhub 920/ 750 / 600 :Press Utility/ Counter button on control panel. On display screen will show meter count. To print off count for faxing press detail on touch screen then press print on touch screen and meter read will print off. Bizhub 420/500:Open main door were toner is installed and mechanical counter is right below it. C450P:Press Menu section (of menu/select button): then press ↓ to user settings, then press → to print reports, then press → to meter count, then press select section (of menu/select button), to print off report press select again. Meter reads will be at bottom of page. C451: Press Utility /Counter button, Press meter count button in upper left corner of screen/ To Print/ Press check details/ press print list and select paper size then press Start Bizhub C452: Press Utility/Counter Button, Press meter count button in upper left corner of screen/ press check details/ press print list and meter count list will print off. Bizhub C35 meter read instructions: Press Utility/ Counter key Then select sub menu button Meter Count
