Special Advisor to the Rector of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) – Makkah, Saudi Arabia 2009 - 2010 Established in 1949 and located in the Holy City of Makkah, UQU now offers Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Engineering & Islamic Architecture, Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, Education, and Social Sciences, as well as Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in specific fields. There are more than 30,000 students in the campuses of Makkah, including the new Al-'Abdiyah campus. Undertook the following tasks as a Special Advisor to the Rector of UQU:
