- Implementing AWS Services on Outposts Environment on the customer
- Implementing AWS Services on Jakarta Region on the customer
- Help customer to provide Infrastructure on Cloud for Migrating activity
- Report any issue and unconditional situation to the Delivery Manager and Line Manager on the customer
- communicate Solution Architecture artifacts to respective stakeholders, obtain views from required view points
- Support the annual IT Strategic Plan development process
- Support Cloud Operational Team (EOS) for helping advance case
- Provisioning EC2 Instances based on customer requirement using Service Catalog Services
- Create golden Image from EC2 Instances after Patching Activity
- Provisioning Network with VPC Services
- Configuring Network Security Group for firewall on EC2 based on application requirement
- Monitoring AWS Services with CloudWatch and CloudTrail
- Analyse and troubleshoot every issue and error from surrounding environment on AWS Outposts
- Analyse Network within VPC FlowLogs on All AWS Accounts on the customer
- Adding New User (if required) on SSO AWS
- Adding New SSO AWS Account (if required) and integrate to existing OU on AWS Control Tower
- Modify Cloud Formation Script for Build EC2 / VPC (if necessary / if any changes) and update to CodeCommit
- Manage Key Management Service for maintaining customer management key (CMK) on each AWS Account
Requirement: - Diploma 3 years to S1 Majoring Information Technology / Computer Science
- have ability to talk and do conversation with English & Bahasa
- Preferred 1 year experience for handling Public Cloud (Architechting/SysOps) prefered AWS
- Minimal 3-year experience as System Engineer who has handled OS, Server, Storage, Network
Switch and Virtualization
- Have an experience to create a solution for the customer
- Involved on a Project for System Integration / Migration Activity
- Experienced on system implementation that involving hardware and infrastructure
- Have strong Ability in Windows Server and Linux
- Have knowledge about basic network security
- Have knowledge about basic TCP/IP
- Have knowledge about simple scripting (bash)
- Have strong analyse and logical thinking for solving the issue
Nice to have: - Certification on cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP / Alibaba)
