Medical& psychological History Mr. Thaneshwaran is a strong minded which means if want achieve something will make it until success for any mission done. Since, he is eldest to his family; he will be more responsibility towards his responsibility. According to Adlerian therapy the eldest child will be more independent and always concern about their family members. Behavioural Observations during Taking Test As a future counsellor, I can notify some of related issues from the behavioural perspectives which are when conducting this test he was very cool and he also did because want know about him. He got experience did this type career assessment when he really don’t know what to do for his future career. So, the school counsellor conducted a workshop and he capable to participate this activities. During test, he never asks questions about the test and after did his results really suits for his career. TEST RESULTS SUMMARY According to the test results, Mr. Thaneshwaran’s career and the result were absolutely having the connections from both surveys. His educational background and family support is really helped to make the success for his achievement and what he currently doing for now. In daily life, he is facing a lot of challenges to repair the machines, controlling the machines and how to find out the problems from the machines. The test is also about Surgical Instrument Maker which is about create and repairing process. RECOMMENDATIONS As for recommendations, while having some interviews about his career I had found out which about he mentioned sometimes he need to work until late night because until the machines work until in good progress. So, this makes him to be stress and he needs some rest because of the vibrations and the sound of the environment make him to be tired easily.
