  Recent graduate, Nisa Burns (AA, Culinary Arts, 2012) has already published her first cookbook, “Kitchenability 101: The College Students’ Guide to Easy, Healthy, and Delicious Food,” and has been touring college campuses across the country to demonstrate how.
