EXPLANATION OF

The purpose of the ACC ministers’ travel pool is to share the costs of bringing credentialed leaders together from across the conference. Each minister’s expenses should be reported on the travel pool form (see reverse side). Travel expenses are totaled and then divided by the number of persons participating to get an average cost per person. This average will be compared to the actual costs. Some ministers, or their congregation, will be asked to pay into the travel pool while some will receive a reimbursement for costs they paid above the pool average.
